Q: Is a security deposit required to confirm reservations?
A: Yes. A $500 CAD deposit is required to guarantee an apartment. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 14 days notice prior to a cancellation or the end of your stay in order to guarantee a refund of the deposit $500 CAD.
Q: Are there laundry facilities in the suites?
A: Yes. Each suite in Suntree Place has an ensuite washer and dryer. In Sunalta House, there is a laundry room in the building with coin operated washers and dryers.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes. In Suntree Place, there is secured underground parking. In Sunalta House, there is secured covered parking. One parking stall is included in the rental price. Please inquire for extra parking.
Q: What is the minimum length of stay?
A: The minimum length of stay is 30 days, or one month.
Q: How safe is the building?
A: Both Suntree Place and Sunalta House are located in safe and secure neighborhoods. Suntree Place offers telephone operated intercom, underground parking, and video monitored security cameras. Sunalta House offers in-suite video surveillance and telephone operated intercom, secured covered parking and video monitored security cameras.
Q: What is included in your rate?
A: The rate includes high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, parking, unlimited local calls (with your own telephone number), electricity, heat, water, parking and all furnishings. A complete list of furnishings for both Suntree Place and Sunalta House are available.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Rates range from $1800 to $2500 per month. A complete listing of rates for both Suntree Place and Sunalta House are available.
Q: Is there a grocery store close by?
A: Yes. Suntree Place is located close to Westbrook Shopping Center which has a Wal-Mart and Safeway grocery stores, in addition to many other stores. Sunalta House is close to Safeway and Co-op grocery stores. A complete list of amenities in the area for both Suntree Place and Sunalta House are available.
Q: Can I receive mail?
A: Yes. Each suite comes with its own private mailbox for you to receive your mail.
Q: Are pets allowed in the suites?
A: Pets may be allowed on a situation specific basis. Please inquire for further details.
Q: Are children allowed in the suites?
A: Yes, of course. We welcome families and children.
Q: Is there internet access in the suites?
A: Yes. Secure high-speed wireless internet is provided free-of-charge in all suites.

A: Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
